Bhutan often revered as the “Land of the Peaceful Dragon”, a small country still unknown to many is hidden in the eastern Himalayas sandwiched between India and Tibet (China) and regarded as one of the last Shangrilas because of its rugged mountain terrain, varied flora and fauna, dense forests where the Himalayan wildlife such as the blue sheep and takin are quite common and of course its well preserved ancient Buddhist monasteries.
