Kanchenjunga
Also known as Kang-tchen Dzö-nga, Kangchenjunga means “the mountain of the five magnificent treasures.” It is located on the border between the Koshi Province in eastern Nepal and the state of Sikkim in India, and is the third highest mountain in the world at 8,586 meters. This magnificent trek takes you to the far east of Nepal, in a little-visited region. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Kangchenjunga at Oktang, the south base camp, and the stunning scenery at Pangpema, the north base camp. It is a challenging route, but of rare beauty, reserved for experienced trekkers and adventure lovers.
